Davis fell short to the Franklin Wildcats tonight, 52-7.

Franklin opened with a touchdown and two-point conversion, then added two more touchdowns in the first quarter, including one as the clock hit 0.

In the second quarter, Davis scored their first and only touchdown of the night from Henry Eich.

At halftime the score was 7-38 with Franklin in the lead.

The Davis defense came through in the second half with a big stop when senior Ryan Buzzbee blocked a Franklin touchdown attempt.

Despite the effort, Franklin’s offense stayed hot and added several more scores to close out their win, 52-7.
